About Our Pictures:

James Ringrose Photography specializes in food, restaurant, architectural, commercial portrait and product photography. We are experts in natural light digital photography and advanced image manipulation.

Please take a look at our portfolio which contains just a tiny sample of some of our images of food, people, architecture, restaurants, products and events. During the last 12 months we have taken many 1,000s of images of restaurants, food, events, restaurant interiors, people, architecture and product images for over 60 clients.

The style of our images is simple - natural light, no fuss digital work that is intended to deliver outstanding image quality at a competitive price. We are experienced in working with individuals, client marketing groups and agencies to deliver photographs that match your requirements and budget.

The company is used to working in location surroundings and are skilled at creating the minimum of disruption during photographic assignments. We typically use natural lighting or minimal studio lighting. All our images are captured using Canon professional equipment.

Post processing is a vital part of modern digital image manipulation and we have extensive in-house Photoshop expertise to provide post-production work on your images. This capability often allows images to be “re-purposed” rather than re-shot.

Principal Photographer:

James Ringrose - began film photography in 1970 and has enthusiastically taken hundreds of thousands of pictures since then. Photographing throughout Europe, Africa and the Far East. James has captured pictures of warfare, peace time, people and places each with the same passion for excellence and technical detail. An early adopter of digital technology, he specializes in full digital workflow. James is also an experienced business manager, whose background contributes to every project. Photography is a passion and getting the right image for your project is as important to him as it is to you.

Equipment:

James Ringrose Photography uses Canon cameras and lenses. Typically we work with just ambient light or flash and reflectors, but we also work with full studio light sets and and portable backdrops, lighting and stand reflectors.
